* For a waiting time of 20 minutes and above for each Pickup (departure), a waiting charge will be imposed to Promotion Cardholders by the Merchant at HK$300 per one-hour block (“Waiting Charge”). For airport pickups (arrival), a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes for each pickup will be allowed before the Waiting Charge at HK$300 is imposed. For arrival flight delays from scheduled ETA, the airport limousine service will be subject to availability.
・The Offer is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
・Promotion is subject to availability and must be pre-booked by the Promotion Cardholder through the Promotion Booking Hotline at least 48 hours prior to the intended Pickup. Any booking received outside of this timeline will be granted at the discretion of the owners/operators of the Merchant. King’s Limousine Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.

・The airport limousine service is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis.
・The rate is inclusive of the luggage handling charges, tunnel & bridge tolls. Mid-night charge of HK$250 will be applied after 00:00hr & before 06:00hr.
・Offer reservation and choice of limousine model are subject to availability. King’s Limousine Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
・Cardholders are required to present and settle payment, including deposit (if any) with valid Visa Infinite Principal or Supplementary card issued in Hong Kong & Macau using VisaNET to enjoy offers.

・The airport limousine service will be offered depending on the traffics & bad weather conditions.
・An extra HK$250 will be charged for each extra stop (en-route) to destination. Whether the stop is en-route or not is subject to the Merchant's decision.
・Cardholder shall call the Merchant at least 8 hours before the appointment for any amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, 50% of the total fee will be charged of the total fee . The Merchant will also charge the total fee for no show of the Cardholder. All amendment is subject to availability and final written confirmation by Merchant.
・Promotion is not transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
・When “black rain storm” warning or typhoon signal no.8 (or higher) is hoisted. King’s Limousine Company Limited reserved the right to make the final decision to pick up/drop off in case of any risks.
・Visa and King’s Limousine Company Limited reserve the right to amend, change or cancel any detail or information concerning the offer or these terms and conditions, without prior notice.
・In case of any dispute, the decision of Visa and King’s Limousine Company Limited shall be final and binding.
