With the travel privilege pass code obtained from BMW Hong Kong, you can enjoy a BMW i7 chauffeur service provided by King’s Limousine once before September 3, 2027. This service is applicable for any journey within Hong Kong (excluding any statutory vehicle prohibited areas). Please access the service booking system via the link below and enter your pass code.

 

Each travel pass code entitles you to one chauffeur service, which must be used by the registered pass holder and cannot be transferred or sold to others.

Unforgettable Motoring Experience

Terms of Service:

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • All service order must be given 48 hours advance notice to King's Limousine Company Limited.

  • King's Limousine Company Limited will confirm the order by return email and phone within 24 hours.

  • ⁠Type of vehicle offered is subject to availability (5 seats including driver)

  • ⁠All confirmed bookings are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or modified.

  • Waiting Time and Surcharges:

    • ​General Waiting: No waiting surcharge applies for any waiting under 14 minutes. Waiting exceeding 15 minutes incurs a 0.5-hour waiting surcharge, and waiting exceeding 45 minutes incurs a 1-hour waiting surcharge.

    • Airport Arrivals: Includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time based on the flight's actual landing time. Thereafter, a surcharge of HKD 50 applies, followed by HKD 50 per every 5 minutes.

    • Departures and One-Way Transfers: Includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Thereafter, a surcharge of HKD 50 applies, followed by HKD 50 per every 5 minutes.

  • Stopover Fee: HKD 250 per stopover.

  • Child Seat: HKD 100 per seat.

  • Midnight surcharge HK$150 will be applied if service is between 00:00-06:00

  • Service will be suspended when Typhoon No. 8 or higher, Black Rainstorm Signal

  • This voucher is non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

  • Parking and Fuel: No parking fee will be charged on single-trip services. All prices are inclusive of gasoline

  • In case of any dispute, the decision of BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. shall be final.
